If you had trouble getting back to my blog today, it's because I finally figured out how to change the address so it's spelled correctly.
I got tired of having to explain who "couch so fred" was. When I created the blog it was my intent to create "couches of red," not a new fictional character that we'd all come to know and love.
So, Fred is now dead, and as a result, I can stop explaining that there is no Fred, and rather that I just can't spell "couches."
Farewell Couch so Fred, please don't take it personally, you've served us well.

It's good to know you are safe...I did NOT know what to do when your blog wouldn't come up! I mean how would we all function on a day to day basis without it?
Seriously not a good idea to change the name of your blog. Especially one that has the kind of following yours does. I was freaking out wondering WHY Mel would have taken her blog down! You are causing much anxiety here and I, for one, don't like it! ;)
There is a pretty good movie called "Drop Dead Fred", at least I remember it being good when I was a kid. I never thought anything about Fred, but I figured you misspelled couches. Anyway, good to know where you are again! :)
