S.A.M.I.A.

My sunglasses are already missing in action.

The last time I had them in my possession was when I came trotting into the auditorium at church on Sunday for our class picture. Speaking of which, I felt a little like Brett Favre heading out for the coin toss or something as I made my way down the eisle (thanks for the cheering and applause, I told Mel Eik, I've often wondered why people don't respond like that every time I enter a room...hmmm).

Anyway, so I need new sunglasses again, but now I'm afraid to go back to Target.

Per your request I will try my best to rally up an applause everytime you enter the room! Hope you find your sunglasses...I always break or lose mine!

It's a good thing you don't wear glasses on a regular basis, I think.

I've never lost my "real" glasses or anything else of extreme importance it's just sunglasses. I don't understand, it's just a thing I guess. We all have things, right?

Mel - Sunglasses are one of my "things" that I am constantly losing too. I have about a billion different pairs, but even yet today, I can't find a one. How about a trip to Target together? Maybe we will come away with a pair that is different from all of the other one's that we already have...nah :)

I'm game for the Target trip!

Funny you should mention this. I happened to have broken my favorite pair this week. This leaves me with only one remaining - my 'Audrey-Hepburn-like' pair. Which I just happen to don while with the 'lil sis recently. Her response..."um-no". So I put them away and squinted the rest of the car ride.
Guess i'll be joining you for the sunglass shipping trip as well.

I recommend Gordmans for cheaper (read: loosable) and yet fun sunglasses. :)
And may I say that I have no idea why you don't receive a proper welcome when you enter rooms. I will do my best to help that situation.

Agley - thanks for feeling my pain

W- gotta agree with the sister on that one

MelEik - Maybe I'll give Gordman's a try, maybe they have a better "no-crazies" policy

Dana/MelEik - I'm expecting something of perhaps a full on wave when I get to church on sunday

MM - "nertz"

A full on wave? Is that like a Forrest Gump wave or ?????

Just curious.

"Lt. Dan Ice cream!"

Pete - is there another kind? Ice cream thing, ya that was funny.

Steven - those I manage not to lose have a habit of meeting their fate in a similar fashion - I should probably have a line item for "sunglasses" in the budget.
