Down by the River...

In keeping with recent comments, you'll recall a familiar SNL theme. To that end, we currently have vacancies upon the Red Couch. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is thus:

TIME: 7 pm (FRIDAY)
PLACE: 516 Red Couch Blvd
MAIN EVENT: Farley & Cocoa (an Earthly taste of eternity)

Um, sounds like a GREAT deal of fun! Too bad it's too far!

I'd also like to mention that I really like your background. I've never seen it before! Are you a customizer? If so, I'm quite JEALOUS.

As fun as this sounds (Farley's a Wisconsin boy, just like me!), I suspect I'll be doing well to make it through a full day of work today.

You guys have fun, eh?

Sounds like a blast...however, I aleady have a previous committment tonight. Big bummer because a cup of hot cocoa sounds pretty good right now. Be sure and save a seat for me for the next time. :)

It does sound like a lot of fun ladies. And the red couch is calling my name, but I for once actually do have plans on a Friday night. Nothing too late though since I get Connor back at 8. Have a good time and don't drink too much cocoa!

I'm sooooo stoked (is that term still cool, if not it will soon make a come back since I just used it) about the main event this evening...glad some will be able to attend. For those of you that won't be able to attend I'm sorry you can't bless us, BUT I don't want to hear you whinnin' about it when you hear about the ginormous amounts of hilarity you'll be missing out on, suppressed immune system, and "prior engagements" or not.

So how was it? Major fun, or just sorta fun?

hey mup-

We are having fun at this moment!

Aww, dang :( I'm drinking orange juice and watching Scrubs.

We are decreasing the cocoa population as I type. 8 down, 4,612 to go. Sorry you couldn't be here to have one. But, OJ is probably more what you're in need of at the moment. See you're already eating something that's good for you. Countless laughs, but fear not, Melissa and I are already in negotiantions for Sandler & Chocolate night. Wedding Singer WILL be the headliner. We're now watching "Matt Foley" for the second time around as Sturm just showed up...maybe you could get some government cheese for when you run out of food next time.

Jer - You SO have not been keeping up with the Blog - Farley as in Chris Farley -"...I live in a van down by the river..."

MadMup said...

I've ruined the OJ by eating Chips Ahoy.

Shoot! I was even in Lafayette tonight....ugggh! Had I known earlier, I would have been there! Maybe next time! :)

Sorry SooAnn, we'll try to get the next Blog invite out a bit early - it was kinda last minute as my parents were supposed to be coming into town. Things changed and they won't be here now until later this morning. But, I didn't find that out until 9 Thurs night. Eik and I are planning a Sandler night next, so you'll have another chance.

Even when my alarm went of at 6 am with that uncomfortable OFF AIR sound that NPR apparently makes at 6 on a Saturday morning, I didn't regret coming by late. Thanks for the cocoa.
