Jeremiah posted not long ago that I seem to be a magnet for interesting stories, or that "everything seems to happen around me."
I rebutted those remarks with "I think it would be more appropriate to suggest that everything happens to me." As things happening "around" me would suggest some sort of coolness factor, that I certainly do not possess.
So...Jeremiah, this is what happened to me today, and I'm not making this up...
I got 2, not one, 2 emails from some wedding website congratulating me on my "big day." And asking me if I'd like to buy "post wedding" supplies from them.
So:
a. someone has a very similar email address and can't type it in correctly AND is neamed Melissa.
b. someone knows something I don't and I missed my own wedding!!!!!!!! DANG IT!
*or my more favored thought*
c. Cleave is playing tricks on me.
See stupid things just happen to me...and I just like to share, maybe you laugh...or maybe you sigh, or maybe you go to theknott.com and register yourself for a wedding date past tense so you can get some awesome deals on fancy thank yous and stationary. You pick...
I have another couple "things happen to me" stories to tell from the last few days, when I get time...so come back soon.
You gotta laugh, if you didn't well, the alternative is less attractive.

Ok, i guess you are correct that things do happen to you, i cannot deny that! But they make for such great reads! I cant wait to hear what else happened to you! lol.
