We're breaking out the holiday cheer Friday night at 7 on the couch. Bring your favorite beverage or something. I'll bake some stuff and have hot cocoa on hand.
Possibilities include:
White Christmas (widescreen)
It's a Wonderful Life (not)
Miracle on 34th (not)
Polar Express (widescreen)
See you then
*Edit* for the record...don't go putting holiday cheer and beverage together thinking we're "tipping the bottle" over at the couch. We're an NA household, just so we're clear. :)

Y'know, it seems like this post is the perfect opportunity to use a poll! :)
For the record, both Die Hard and Santa Claus Conquers the Martians are also Christmas movies.
Brian, this is good problem solving on your part, but a poll would suggest that I hadn't already really decided that we'll probably what the two widescreen options so I don't have to listen to any complaining from...you know...whoever that would complain about full screen options. :)
Mup - for the record, there might be an obvious reason why those were left off the list...like lets say, because it's not gonna happen, goob.
I see how it is: Lisa does this all the time.
Lisa: What do you want for dinner?
Brian: Let's eat out. What sounds good?
Lisa: Well, places A, B, and C all sound good.
Brian: Ooh, I like B.
Lisa: Well, maybe not B.
Brian: Um, well, okay, how about C?
Lisa: I think I want A.
Also, I'm someone who complains about movies in a 4:3 ratio. Widescreen is important! It's how it was filmed! :D
I won't call it fullscreen though, because on my TV, widescreen films are the full screen, whereas 4:3 films are cropped with vertical black bars. :D
Remember how the teacher sounds when she's talking to Charlie Brown?
:)
Hey Mkate,
Where's ELF?? That's gotta be up there shouldnt it! I am sure your roomie has a copy! LOL.
Amee and I would be there but we are in Chris Balentine's wedding, so we will be in Indy for the rehearsal. Thanks though.

...smiling is my favorite. Well make work your favorite.
I hope to be there... If Alfred and I survive the next day or so of early Wisconsin winter... outside. I've got my hotel-room heater on full blast and it's barely keeping it warm.
I vote for the two widescreen movies... not that I have anything against not widescreen, but those are just the two movies I'd like to see....
Speaking of C.B....
How about "A Charlie Brown Christmas"?
Man, I love that little show.
Oh, yeah, and ELF.
ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF, ELF......
Buddy, do you like sugar?
Is there sugar in syrup?
Yes?
THEN YES!!!!!
Ooh, you're an angry elf.
I'm betting Elf ain't gonna make the cut, folks :)
HEY, I think it's great that everyone likes Elf! That's so exciting that Jeannie will have a nice crowd for the Christmas Readings and the Elf Finale! So exicting! WIll see you on Mon night...
*Pious Much?*
